Refund & Replacement Policy
At Heer Raanjha, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted khussas. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Refund Policy
We exclusively provide the best quality products, therefore we do not offer refunds on any orders.
2. Replacement Eligibility
A. The request is made within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
B. The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
C. The original tag and packaging are intact.
D. A clear picture or video of the product is shared as proof.
E. The product is returned in the same condition as received.
F. The newly requested product and size is available.
G. Requests after 48 hours will not be entertained.
H. Replacements are done of equal values only.
3. Conditions Where Replacement is NOT Applicable
A. If the product have been worn or used.
B. If the tag has been removed.
C. If the sole shows signs of wear.
D. If the product is damaged due to mishandling.
E. Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution.
F. Minor variations in embroidery (as each pair is handcrafted).
4. Size Issues
A. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
B. In case of size exchange, replacement will only be done if:

D. The item is unworn and in original condition.
E. The customer bears delivery charges for exchange.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged product or a wrong item you must:
A. Share pictures within 48 hours.
B. Our team will verify and approve replacement accordingly.
6. Replacement Process
A. Contact us via WhatsApp/Instagram/Email within 48 hours.
B. Share order number and pictures.
C. Once approved, send the product back.
D. Replacement will be dispatched after quality check.
7. Shipping Charges
A. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
B. For size exchange, courier charges will be paid by the customer.
C. If the mistake is from our side, we will cover replacement shipping.
8. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for replacement.
